Our mission is to empower young girls through the game of flag football by creating a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where every athlete has the opportunity to learn, grow, compete, and belong.

The RVC Titans Girls Flag Football program is committed to developing more than just football players. Through experienced coaching, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and competition, we strive to build confidence, leadership, character, and friendships that extend far beyond the field.

We believe every girl should have the opportunity to experience the excitement of football, challenge herself, discover her strengths, and be part of something bigger than herself.

Our goal is to teach the fundamentals of the game while creating a culture where girls support one another, compete with confidence, lead with character, and develop a lifelong love of sports.
